HOW TO RETURN:
Please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for the return, and we will then send you a return shipping label.
10 DAYS Full priced clothing, shoes, handbags: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone, or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of original purchase.
24 HOURS FINE JEWELRY & EVENING WEAR may be returned if shipped back overnight within 24 hours from when the package was delivered. Please use a shipping carrier with tracking capabilities for returns if not using the provided return label. Merchandise must be insured for the full retail price.
Returns more than 10 days after purchase are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
JEWELRY IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY
Once we receive your item and it is assessed, we will refund the full amount of the purchase to the original payment form.
SALE MERCHANDISE IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY WHEN RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED.
After 10 days, sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE.

SPECIAL ORDERS: If the item is regular-priced, you can submit a special order inquiry on the item's page and our Special Orders Department will look into the availability of the item for you. If the item is a sale item, we are not able to re-order it. If the request is in stock, we request a 20% deposit when the item is ordered, and the remaining balance is collected when we receive in stock before sending it out to the customer. Be aware, special orders can take anywhere from 5-15 business days to receive. If you wish to speed up the shipping process, we may apply additional shipping charges per request to receive in time of your expectations.

Delivery for UPS Standard is within 3-5 business days if ordered by 2:00 PM CNT Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. This is subject to any additional anti-fraud screening that may be required.
We provide same-day delivery service on orders within various zip codes in GLENDALE, WI. A signature upon delivery required.
